Event 2: The Automated Failure
Mar 7, 2025, 8:09 AM UTC+2Less than 6 hours later, I receive the first of three automated emails. My reinstated account is now "Restricted" due to an "Identity verification" issue.



Event 3: The Immediate Fix
Mar 7, 2025, 10:47 AM UTC+2The identity issue is suddenly resolved. I receive an email confirming: "Your identity has been verified." This happened less than 3 hours after the problem started.

Event 4: The Lingering Consequence
My developer account was reinstated, but my apps remain "Suspended". I received no email regarding the grounds for the suspensions.

The support team responded to my concerns with following message:

So they just instructed me on how to click the "Appeal" button.

What is the support even talking about? My account isn't terminated.
The account support team tells me to appeal my apps individually, and when I do just that (appeal the suspension of my apps one-by-one), the app support team tells me I should appeal my account termination (with the previous account support team).
They are sending me back and forth.
