This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the manner in which Flag Creator (“App,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of the App.

This Device Information is used ephemerally to transmit it to advertising partners, such as Google, for advertising and analytics purposes. The App does not use Device Information for any other purpose.

The App may collect your age. We clarify that this information is:

• Stored locally on the device.
• Used solely for the purpose of complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and displaying appropriate advertising.

• Device Information: We do not permanently store Device Information.
• Age Information: Age information is stored locally on the device indefinitely. However, users can erase this information at any time by clearing the App’s data through their device settings.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee perfect security of user information.

1. Children’s Privacy

The App complies with COPPA to the best of its ability. However, due to the limitations of relying solely on a self-reported age picker, we cannot guarantee that all users are over the age of 13. We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their children’s online activities and to consider using parental control tools available on most devices.

1. International Users

The App is available for users worldwide. When you use the App, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored on servers located in various jurisdictions, including servers of our third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may be less stringent than the laws in your own jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information.
